Then you need to clean it twice daily with sea salt soaks and then leave it the hell alone.</p> <p>For sea salt soaks:</p> <p>Mix 1/4 of a teaspoon of non-iodised sea salt with a mug of boiled water, leave it to cool so it's warm but won't burn you and soak your piercing in the solution until it cools. There is no need to twist or remove the jewellery as the heat from the soak will draw out any bacteria and it will get right through your piercing.
