    well, you could try ordering it online. My favorite brand of eyeshadow is clinique, i highly reccommend it.

    I had another brand b4 this and it would always crack on my eyelid but ever since i got this kind NO problems, and it looks good too!

    I have just read from a previous answer and stated that the brand QUO is supposedly comparable to MAC and they have them over at Canada where you reside.

    Loreal HIP duo's are pretty good; in fact, I prefer the brown shade in their Sassy duo over MAC's Satin Taupe.

    loreal hip duo eyeshadows. they're pigmented and have a decent range of colors. but you have to buy them in duos, so one color might not be your choice
