if you want to do it but to be quite honost yes you will be considered a poser...especially because your not just doing it your asking people for permission and if your not fully confident in yourself you probably wont be able to handle all the bad things people say about the style and all the looks you get.

Well scene is a stupid sense of style. It's a fashion style not a lifestyle, so no one can really be a poseur for "being" a scenester. About being unique, it's kinda hard when they all look the same. Scene is a rip off of Japanese Visual Kei and Decora fashion anyway.

ok so i want to be scene. i'll tell you the truth...i really want the hair..! am i a poser if i do it cuz my friends are that way? i ain't copying off their hair...cuz i've been wanting it. i'm just talking about all the clothes. i don't want my friends to think i'm a poser. my friend who's a scene told me that darker clothes look better on me when i was wearing them one day. and i already listen to hardcore rock music. and i'm not trying to copy anybody. i just saw a pic of scene hair last year in the summer and i wanted it instantly. i'm going to make my scene hair unique when i get it...so that it'll look more original. i'm hoping i'm not a poser since my friends are all scenes and they say that i'm practically a scene without the hair and everything. but yeah let me no...i don't wanna be a poser!
