At Target yesterday, I bought Herbal Essences "Totally Twisted" shampoo and conditioner. It says that it will make my hair curly without frizz, but when i let it dry, it was like it always is--puffy and a little bit of wave.
How do i make the shampoo and conditioner work?

while the conditiner is in, comb your hair out, then twist it around your finger.
It doesn't make your hair curly. So it won't "work". You can't make your hair curly with products.
its meant for naturally curly hair. you need a hair curler to do that. Try getting a shampoo for your hair type.
