Are jeans different than pants i ask because i wear size 32 jeans but for pants it is size 34 for so

    yeah i need to know please because it was so strange i could not even move in the size 32 pants but i wear size 32 jeans and i have to wear belt sometimes just to get them to sitck i wear skinny's too if it helps is it a difference in materials or something

    It depends on the brand AND the fabric, diffrent brand sizes can very, I know the number (32, 34, ect...) goes by waist inches, but it all depends on the brand really, if they were the same brand of clothing then i would say the fabric has alot to do with it, but if they were dress pants, or higher end name brand those sizes tend to run small, at least they do for women and girls, i wouldn't read to much into it, now you know for next time :)

    Jeans often stretch. Particularly after first wash and wear.

    Because of the different material, they may stretch differently or something, so the sizes would run differently. Weird.

    Different brands fit differently. I wear one size in Levi's and two sizes smaller in another brand.

    Jeans are measured lower on your hips where pants are linger in the crotch and the waist is above your pelvis where it is smaller.

  7. Jeans have low number for same length waist than pants. Even different jeans have a different numbering for same waist. By different I mean denim,non-denim, plain etc.
