are there semi-permenent blonde dye?

    i want to get a scene hair style but i am not allowed to get crazy colors so i want blond but not permanent! i need something like manic panic that isn't there 4 ever! plz help!

    the only way to achieve blonde hair is by bleaching it, and it's permanent.
    there's no such thing as a semi-permanent blonde dye
