    Im just gonna say, Urban Decay & Stila & Prestige work very well and any of those will work!

    Urban Decay and Make Up For Ever, but Benefit is good to, although all of them will work just fine, except for the stila one which I wouldn't know because I havent tried it.

    1. makeup for ever aqua eyes-(its great, i love it& it dosent smuge!)
    2.stila eyeliner-(all stila products are really good)
    3.Urban Decay 24/7-(it was alright not my favorite, it smudges &only lasts for a couple hrs.)

    i think the best eyeliners are MACS.
