can you use lotion as an eyeshadow primer?

    Try a natural lip balm stick. It won't harm your eyelids, and it helps the eyeshadow stick very well to it. (:

    i wouldn't reccomend it...it's oily so your makeup would just wear off faster and most like go all over the place. foundation is a good eyeshadow primer if you don't want to buy an actual primer.
