Does anybody else have a promblem changeing clothes in PE?

I don't like to because i am not comfortable with my body. so i got away with just changeing my shorts. Did you guys feel like this to? PS. I being forced by the school to join PE in my freshman year. Need Help!!

I do! However I'm a girl and go to an all girls school so we all feel comfortable, but I do know a few people including me feel uncomfortable. Try using the bathroom to change if you want!
