does concealer work as a primer?

    you should order some primer online such as "too faced shadow insurance eye primer" because concealer will for sure crease! u can try a regular (non-gel) white eyeliner as a base. it should last longer than nothing.

    no concealer will crease and there isnt really a way to make it. i would go with elf cuz their products are good quality. and if you dont wanna use that then if there is a walmart or H.E.B near you then get the lorel de-crease. thats the primer i use and it lasts all day. its even there the next day if i forget to take off my make up. its the best.

    You can mix foundation with moisturizer (50, 50) and you get a primer.

    I used concealer as an eye primer before I bought UDPP. It isn't as good, but it should work unless you have extremely difficult eyelids.
