I've heard that it can work but is very harsh on your skin.
I've tried milder solutions like Clearasil skin perfecting wash. It is hard to find in stores, but you can find it online through amazon.com for about 2 or 3 bucks plus shipping.
I also recommend drinking 6 glasses of water a day, and eating lots of fresh veggies and fruits.
Drinking water with a little lemon juice or a couple of teaspoons of apple cider vinegar is also very good for the skin.
It is what you put into your body that makes a big difference with your skin.
Avoiding smoking and alcohol also helps.
If the regular remedies don't work, see a dermatologist to make sure you don't have allergies.

  4. proactive tends to be harsh for the skin. I would recommend a natural acne cleanser, such as derma e's problem skin cleanser, which can be found at whole food's. I also recommend just eating and thinking, yes thinking, better. Be more positive, be more happy, and your acne will go away.

I've stuggled with acne for years now, some of it has gone away..but it is still there. I've tried Proactive about a year ago, no difference was seen and now that I'm older, I want to try it again but i fear my acne will get worse.. Can you please tell me what you think of it and how it's worked for you??? Thank you!!
