If you want bigger boobs than you want your cup size to go up, not your band size. Being a 32 is good, because it means you are really skinny. If you want size C, then you are going to have to wait and see if they grow by themselves. If not, then when you are of age you can take hormones or get implants.

Can't rember what there called but u can get somEthomg which gose inside the bra and makes them look bigger ... Seriously tho dnt rush To have big boobs

you're only 13, you're still growing. they'll probably just get bigger on their own.
