Wash your hair every other day. If you feel like you can't do it, use dry shampoo on the days you don't wash your hair.

I don't believe in treatments or home remedies because it's just adding more chemicals or junk to your hair. If your hair is dry or damaged due to dying and using heat products, there's no way to repair it. However, there are things you can do to promote stronger healthier hair as it grows.

Get regular trims every 4-6 weeks, take a multivitamin every day, eat a healthy diet with lots of protein, use less of heat products and dye, don't use styling gels or sprays etc, get a good shampoo and conditioner (Back to Basics is a wonderful brand), avoid shampoos and conditioners full of wax, and just take great care of your hair. I would also suggest to stay away from leave-in conditioners.

the Omni Pak Protein Hair Reconstructor works wonders! trust me. i have had some of the worst hair experiences on earth. It just after a week you can tell that the strength of it has improved

Also, Kenra Platinum Silkening Gloss works amazing. I use it everyday. I have fine hair but i color it so much that it gets very dry and dull looking. This makes it shiny and soft without weighing it down. Plus it smells great. You can also use it one your skin.
