Hair dyeing problems?

    ok so ive dyed my hair like 6 times 5 times red one time brown and ive used 2 boxes of dye on my hair twice and THE COLOR NEVER STAYS i put it in wait 25 mins and then i rinse and then it doesent look any different what are some hair dye tips

    and my hairs really healthy its soft and shinny so its not like my hair is in really bad shape
    i havent dyed it in like 2 months i wanna go red and its kinda red right now what should i do make color stay and look different also i have alot of hairrr like its medium lengh but really really thick and alot of it how many boxes should i use?

    as long as you stay to similar colors to what you currently have, you wont damage your hair dying it. dying it occasionally can actually keep it healthy looking and very very shiny!! :)

    as for not being able to get your hair to take in a different color, this is what you should do... there are a few hair dyes out there that you keep in your hair for 10 minutes!

    i know you're used to keeping the dye in for 30 minutes, but the 10 minute color is a stronger, more powerful dye, so it doesnt need to stay in your hair for longer. it doesnt actually put your hair through more damage, so you dont have to worry about that either.

    i've used "PERFECT 10" by Clairol (Nice n' Easy).... and it worked great.

    i highly suggest you do this, you can even keep it in a little bit longer than 10 minutes (up to 20 minutes)... it wont do anything it shouldnt!

    p.s. make sure you dont get the dye on your skin or clothes. wash your hands after dying your hair to ensure that you wont stain your hands.... no body wants brownish or reddish skin for a few days ;)

    tell me about it...you should really go to a good hairstylist they can really make your hair look great...your pretty much wasting the same money in the boxes as the money you'll be spending on the hair salon
