HAIR:
try cute accessories for your hair, it will glam up your whole look ! i like hairbands with cute bows best ! try braiding a small section of your hair and leave the others down, straight.
try using wax to style your hair. tease/ backcomb your hair to create more volume and a poofy cute effect.
MAKEUP:
get a foundation that is your skin tone, or you can use your current one if you dont mind looking darker. however if you get a foundation that is not your skintone, when it melts (after a few hours/ due to perspiring) it is quite visible.
get a white eyeshadow or something similar use on the bridge of your nose.
get a mascara. for light makeup you should try going more neutral colours eyeshadow or without !sometimes colours that are too bright make you look old and slutty, since you are young i would thank that it is best you go without eyeshadow or just some eyeliner.
