Help! How do i stop biting my nails?

    there is no such way of doing so ......just control yourself ...and dont think about them again and again ...this habbit wont go in a day or two . it would take some time so give yourself time

    there's stuff you can get that you rub on them that taste bad so you eventually stop doing it. because them rub on stuff tastes really bad.

    carry a nail file and file instead of biting

    Put hot sauce on them lol, but for me it was hard and you just have to control youself, if you catch yourself bitting them then stop immediatly . :]
