Help i need something to wear for my friends 13th party?

    i am about a size 12 and i need a really stunning dress to wear for her party i like short ones but i have no idea where to get one from any ideas ??!! thanks! :)

    tratutti and refinestyle are both high and consignment shops that sells authentic designer clothes for WAYYYY cheap. i'm 13 too so i know how important it is to find the right party dress. and since your a size 12, i suggest buying an xxs, xs, or 00. you can go to a tailor to make sure it fits just right to. have funnnnn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Deb has some really cute dresses!

    Target, Forever 21, H&M are also always really good!

    i have this fashion problem all the time. i would say go to foerever 21. they have some really cute dresses that arent expensive at all here are some dresses i would reccomend. ok so since it is a b-day party i would suggest something bright so here is one idea
