I already get scalp massages... Mostly i just want maybe home remedies or stuff like that? BTW, i do use lots of heat but my hair looks god awful without it so skipping it is not an option. Also,How do you keep your hair moisturized?

I had the same problem as you. My hair was so short and awful frizzy. I didn't think this would work for moisture but I tried Loreal Revive, it's a three minute leave in conditioner and it worked wonders for me and everyone I recommended it to.

It's also really important to use a heat protecting spray before you straighten you're hair, It'll help out a lot in the long run. But the solution for your hair going faster.. From experience I've tried researching this and attempted everything under the sun and the short story is, nothing works.

But then I came across vitamins that are sold at the chemist. Theres a number of different brands, and having used different ones.. Some work and some dont, it's depends on the person tbh. But when you find the right one, you really will notice your hair getting longer, thicker and a lot healthier too. They are honestly miracle pills, and they're cheap too, just ask your chemist about them

I Googled this and found an article that suggested that you flip your hair upside down at least twice a day, wash your hair once a day and trim your hair every other month.
And my mom taught me when I was little, if you eat the crusts of your bread, your hair will grow faster.

  4. I would suggest getting scalp treatments with electrodes. They help stimulate the blood flow as well. Also, make sure you're getting all of the necessary internal nutrition to strengthen your hair. I really like Redken Crema Care leave in conditioner as well as their heat protectant.
