You need to get more blood supply to the bits you want to round off. A good tip that I was given is to pretend you are trying to even out your lipstick, where you press your lips together and make that smearing movement, alternate this with pinching the flat parts between your thumb and forefinger squeeze gently and hold for a few seconds then, keeping the pinch going, pull your finger and thumb away so that your lip pulls away from your teeth a little. Obviously, don't hurt yourself. Do this in front of a mirror for about 5 mins a day and any time during the day when you remember. Most lip plumpers contain Cinnamon, which irritates the lips to make them swell and the effect is very drying and temporary.
