    Out line then in a lip pencil the same colour as your lipstick, using bright colours normally tend to work too :0)

    Well yes....

    A trick of the trade is to not only use one shade of lipstick, use 3-4.
    Say it's red your doing, use a dark red/brown on the outside corners,
    slightly lighter shade in the center of either side of your lip,
    then bright red right in the center.
    Also follow the cupids bow at the top, then finally add clear gloss

    You can. I use Victoria's Secert lip plumper. It works great!

    try mixing vaseline Cinnamon and Cayenne it will make your lips tingle and make them look fuller and bigger, also putting on lip liner helps make them fuller
