how do i hide my cutting scars while im in my bikini plz help?

    ok i have the scars on my upper knee and the inside of my wrist any advice on how to hide em im going on a boat trip next week and don't want my parents to c them
    plz help
    im also still a cutter but havent told my parents and my whole 7th grade knows
