How do you convince your mom to let you get your nose pierced?

    Look at it from her point of view..She doesnt want to be embarrassed to have YOU as a kid with that crap in your nose

    Just do it yourself, that's what i didd.
    I guess you could say "nose piercings are pretty much normal/acceptable as earrings are" ect..
    or "Atleast im not asking for money to support my herion addiction" xD

    you just go out and do it - regardless of what you mom thinks or wants.

    its not her nose.

    its not her body.

    its yours.

    get it done - come home, walk into the kitchen and be all like 'im hungry, im gonna make a sandwich...and don't glance at her, she'll notice you'.

    if she notices you and glances your way she'll have seen the nose stud/ring.

    (please tell me its a nose ring - they rule ^_^ )

    question is how will she react, now that she realises you've gotten your nose pierced ?

    think of it this way - she can't kill you (physically anyway) and whats the worst that can happen ?

    a b/s lecture or dissaproval speach !??

    tell her tough - live with it.

    there are far more controversial things that can happen between a mother and her child - which leaves me with the dying question, are you male or female ??

    some guys do get their noses pierced. so i need to know.

    if you're female - then go ahead and get it pierced !

    its not like you're telling her youre pregnant, its just a feckin nose piercing.

    some parents are just so odd with their old fashioned traditional 1-dimensional outlook on life.
