    You can't really un-fry it.

If your mom is a hairstylist, why doesn't she realize your hair needs to have a break once or twice a week from straightening? Or that you should be using preventive measures when straightening it?
Or what products to use in the shower to protect your hair? :|
Your mom fails as a hairstylist.

Regardless; just look for products that are heat-protectants and for damaged hair.

Also, if you have split ends, you need to get your hair trimmed.
If you wait, you'll only have to get more of a trim.

  3. Fried is another word for damaged hair. You can't repair damaged hair. You can get deep conditioners to get some protein in your hair, and a trim for the dead ends.

I'm just curious...If your mum is a hairstylist, Why didn't you go to her? It's a pretty simple answer...My mum is a hairstylist and I'd go to her before I'd ask online.

Wash your hair every other day, and straighten it (but use heat defence) straight after washing, it should stay straight till your next wash. Do an intensive conditioner or hair mask a couple of times a week
Get it cut shorter to get rid of some of the damaged ends.
Limit the use of heat on your hair where possible.

This is what I did when my hair was fried, it works amazing! I got coconut oil and put it in my hair and left it in overnight, but don't put a lot of oil in your hair because it makes your hair greasy the next day. Which is normal, and totally worth it in the end. When leaving it in overnight either cover your head with a towel or hair cap so it won't stain your bed or anything. The next morning wash your hair like normal, it will be a little greasy for a day so make sure you don't have anything to important you have to do. If you still straighten your hair I recommend getting the spray product for your hair "Its a 10" usually can get it at a grocery story. It works so good! Also they have shampoo and conditioner by "Its a 10" that really helps.

Use a shampoo and conditioner that restores your hair from heat damage and use a heat protection spray such as chi 44 iron guard right before you straighten your hair.

I straightened my hair every single day, no matter what. So i realized that my hair was thinning out so i got scared and started scrunching it with just gel everyday and i've been doing this for like the past week. but you should like buy hair moisturizer i think that would help it. I was scared of my hair thinning out too fast because i burned and fried it between a 450 degree Straightener every morning.
