how long does it take for a monroe piercing to completely heal?

I had it in for 2 days and it was weird, so I took it to a diff shop and they said it was messed up badly and I would have to take it out and wait for it to close and heal to get it repierced
Its not because I didn't take care of it. the guy used a plastic labret and the stud was ridiculously small.

the newer the piercing, the faster it closes up. if you got it recently, i'd say it should probably close in a couple of days. i'd give it a week or two to heal completely. whenever all of the soreness goes away, you'll know its healed. you could also ask the shop how long they think you should wait to come back in and get it re-pierced.

Most places will tell you its healed in 3-6 months.
After two days it was probably still swollen,
or maybe you hadn't cleaned it the right way.

a few days, i had my lip pierced and took it out, and in like three or four days it was totally closed. now you cant even see the scar it left.
