I got my nose pierced in July and it wa a fast pinch when the needle goes through.
After that they put the jewelery in and you dont feel that at all.
It should be sore for the max of two days.
When you first get it done get a what they call "cork screw stud" put in its a twisty little metal thing making sure if you have any swelling it wont push the stud out.
After about two months you can put in an L bar, these are so easy to put in and take out because theyre shaped like L's ofcourse :)
