    i say by age 12 girls should be allowed to wear a little bit of makeup. but at that age they shouldn't be like wearing mascara or eyeliner of anything like that. that should start by like 13 or 14.

    and i think that they should be allowed to date by 13 or 14 too.

    Everyone around here starts in about eight grade when they're 13 or 14. Dating? Um, 14 maybe? Hope I helped

    whenever they want.Rules and opinions are stuppid.I started wearing really heavy makeup when i was 13 all down to people telling me that when i was wearing 1 layer of mascara that i was wearing too much makeup.Them telling me tto lay off the makeup made me want to wear more.

    im 12 & i wear makeup everyday. but its realy light. im not allowed to weara blush, concealer, foundation, pressed or skinfinish powder. i pretty much can wear anything but eye & liip makeup. everyday i wear: moisturzer, sunscreen, lig & dark brown eyeshadow, curled lashes, powder line upper lash line, lipgloss with liptint

    If you was a parent you'd say 16. However if your in a western culture most girls tend to wear make up when they're 11 and it depends what you mean by date, me being a 13 year old boy I'd take a girl to the Cinemas, however i wouldn't class it as a date because i'd enjoy the film more than i would the company.

    i wasn't allowed to wear makeup until junior high and i wasn't allowed to date until i was 15.5
    the rules will be the same for my daughters.

    makeup: 14/15; no eyeliner til 16
    makeup can gradually get heavier when their older.
    date: 14/15 also...
    if your a parent you will say around 16, if you are a kid you will say around 13. lol
