How to become a make-up artist at 15?

    i been playing around with make-up ever since i can remember.I also worked on 2 weddings and 3 birthday partys.(Family and Friends) People at the MAC store tells me i have great talent too.I REALLY wanna become a make-up artist or be a part of something related to make-up SO how can i do that and i live in boston which is a Big cityy and i need $ and my only talent is make-up and i have monolids so i can work with those which ALOT of people never worked with
    aha im gonna start making youtube video i hope people are gonna watch them...

    Start doing youtube tutorials to help you get recognised by people and others in the industry may start to notice you. Thats what people like panacea81 and juicystar07 have done.

    well no matter how much talent you have doing makeup, honestly i don't think adults would trust a 15 year old, and PAY them to do their make up.
    and getting ANY job at 15 is hard. most places don't accept people under 16 years old.
    keep practicing and get a good education and then when you're older you can work as a makeup artist.

    I have the same exact interest... very cool! Youtube is a great possibility... Start doing makeup and/or hair tutorials. You can become very famous like that, like juicystar07 and allthatglitters21. That will give you a jump-start to your career and extra practice. And if you've done weddings and if MAC people tell you your good, your GREAT! The people at MAC are makeup artists, so try and get employed their. This includes giving in-store makeovers and helping clients get makeup that brings out natural beauty. Try doing small jobs or chores to get money for a starter kit if you don't have on. You can also try and get employed at other brands like covergirl or nyx.     Well i think to get a job like that you have to be like 16.. So wait another year? But if your really desprete you could probably just open a small store in your house that alot of people do and that store can be a makeup stooree where u do peopls makeupp and theyll have to pay and everything.. Alot of times peoplee do that and its really works out.. Or you can just continue on doing makeovers at partys and get payed for it.
