How to get eyeliner off completely?

    Get a q-tip and put some make up remover on it.
    Gently brush along the area your eyelashes are growing from.
    It should completely come off.

    Baby oil.
    But I don't like how oil feels so I just use one of those baby wipes lol
    When you take off eyeliner be really gentle because the skin under your eyes is really delicate and can wrinkle easily!

    This happens to me whenever I use eyeliner, as well. It's really frustrating. It helps if you go in clockwise / counter clockwise motions with the pad / make up remover around your eyes. After you do this, it should have moved to your bottom water line, and simply wipe it off. This also works in the shower, just remember to wipe off the bottom excess.

    First thing, you should NEVER use Vaseline on your eyes, its bad for your eyes.
    What i do to remove my eye makeup is get olive oil. It removes all traces of the makeup and doesn't leave your skin oily as you would think. it would actually make your skin soft.

    Get a Q-tip apply it to the spots where you have eyeliner than wash your face than apply makeup remover it is also important to have small Q-tips
    1. dip q-tip in water
    2. put on places With eyeliner
    3. wash face with soap and close eyes
    last step! .. apply makeup remover!!!!!!!! olive oil and baby oil is also great!
