How to put on a bra? (for my little sister)?

My little sister is 11 and she wore her 1st bra today. Well, technically, she didn't wear it, she just hung it around her neck. I tried to help her put it on, but she wouldn't let me touch her.
I told her I won't bite but she refused. (Maybe that's because she broke Mum's best vase)
Please could you write some simple instructions for her, because she relies on you, and she will be able to follow them. Thanks xx

um, put the arm holes (ON YOUR ARMS)
and hook it in the back?
Simple.
You wear a bra, you give her directions. >.<
Unless ur flat chested..
