How would I style my hair like this?

I'm going to cut my hair like this:

I'm showing the picture to the hairdresser.
So, will they be able to cut it like that, and would I have to go to a specific hairdresser.
Or will they not be able to cutr it like that.
And will I have to style it my self, and how?

They can cut it like that. But you have to style it into poofing at the top.
You might have to straighten your hair, even if it already is, to get to flip/ part and stay that way.
You don't have to go to a specific hairdresser, but I'd suggest not going to like, the $6 speedy hair cut places. They crap everything up, no offense.
