I got blonde vanilla tone highlights in my previously highlighted dark brown hair about two weeks ag

    highlights seem to have gotten darker than they were the first week.....why is this and can I do anything to brighten them up again?

    use a toner find the colr shade you like and put it through with 10 vol peroxide for 10 min.

    don't know why they went dark, but lemon juice helps make hair lighter. you can also lie in the sun.
