I have black tattoo ink that is to thick for lining so how do I thin it for lining?

    Well, I should imagine that the Licensed, professional tattoo artist who you are apprenticing under would tell you that...or....are you another Scratcher, trying to self-teach?!

    If you really need to ask this question (Dilution) then you shouldn't be anywhere near a tattoo machine or any other related equipment for that matter!!

    Go ahead, thumbs-down me all you want people, it doesn't change the fact that I'm 100% right. The truth might hurt, but I won't lie or give you the correct answer so that you can make a mockery of my career and scar / damage people for life!!
