I keep getting spots on my chin and my forehead?

    Ok, so i keep getting spots on my chin and my forehead? Ive tried alsorts, i don't want to buy anything, i've tried lotion, vinegar and toothpaste, none have worked? Any other household items that help decrease spots?

    are they freckles? if they are then the best way to get rid of them is to use LOTS of sunscreen when going outside, and always use an SPF moisturizer. and maybe wear a wide-brimmed hat on the beach or at the pool.
