she will wear lipstick and eyeshadow but she want wear eye liner mascara or foundation cus she is a bit scared cus she has never wore makeup before I just want to help to give her some confidence in herself.

I would try looking up makeup tutorials on youtube. Try searching natural makeup, teen makeup, beginner makeup. Stuff like that. That way she can see what it looks like on other people, and will be reassured that you know what you're doing!
