    okay...this is a little embarrassing but it's been going on for a while. I'm constipated and i can feel that little turd in there but it just won't come out...what do i do? use my hands?

    If your finger can't reach it, then you should let it come out on its own.
    Don't force your finger in there and hurt yourself though!!

    Steer away from cheese and eggs, as it'll make it worse. Try some cereal with fiber in it.
