I wanna stretch my ears but not sure how?

    You can do this by using gauges.
    If you have a Hottopic at your local mall I would suggest going there, but it does take time.
    You would start with the smallest (and 18g) the bigger the number, the smaller the size. Remember though, once you do it you can never go back.

    There are special ear rings you can buy to gauge them. Hot Topic is a great place to find them. They start small and get bigger so you can slowly move it into your ear and make the hole bigger.

    you buy plugs that go up by size.
    you have to start off at the smallest with tapers but then you go up from there.
    it shouldn't be unbearably painful...
    but i don't recommend it because it's not particularly appealing or...nice looking.
    also when you get old they'll be all stretched and weird.
