i want to cut my hair pretty short but am afraid it will not grow back again?

That's a myth. Your hair will grow 1/2" a month regardless of the length of your hair. Cutting your hair will not permanently damage anything.

see when people say that, its becuase they had really long hair tht was probly to the bottom of there back, it just takes soooo long to grow back it seems like it never does. in 2nd grade i had long hair down to my back then got it cut to my shoulders, it got back to as long my back the way it was when i was about in 6th grade, seemed like a lifetime to grow back out to its length hahah
