If hairs are plucked enough in a certain area, will they eventually stop growing there?

    no... pluck in between ur eyebrows it will ALWAYS come back

    Yea, but it takes Years, and years. When your "ripping" hair from it's root, You damage it. The more you damage it, The slower it will grow back and eventually, You will "kill" the folliculle.

    Yes the hair eventually stops growing. It gets thinner and thinner until finaly there is no hair. Although it takes a long time for it to stop growing.

    Yes and no, I know when you WAX hair that over time the hair roots can be damaged enough to prevent the hairs from coming back but that takes YEARS and a lot of time. If you want hair gone for good you should get it lazered off. Its not 100% but it doesnt keep the hair from coming back as thick and as frequent

    the hair will never stop growing thats why they have laser hair removal centers, plucking it will just make it grow slower
