I'm going to a formal and need help on accessories and how to finish my look?

    This is my dress

    and i want to wear tights but dont know what colour or style
    and i need a jacket or cardigan to wear on the way there and home and some jewlery would you wear a shorter necklace or a londer one down past the neckline?
    and any help on shoes if you have some ideas would REALLLY!! help me a lot...

    black tights, dark purple leather like jacket, short necklace, definitely heels.
