I'm not very good at managing my hair?

I'm not very good at managing my hair...
It's really weird...but anyway I can't leave it open because i just can't handle it and it gets all over the place...i can't really straighten it as i'm trying to get my hair back to healthy...anyways..at the moment i have a really boring hair style..i'm to scared to get a nice one or something different as i know i won't be able to handle it...my hairstyle at the moment is basically hair that's a bit long and really over grown layers..and i normally have it tied up...that's it
what should i do?
I have a roundish face...
PS : nothing too dramatic lol =]

maybe some bangs :) or a messy bun just to be cute and nothing that will harm your hair.
