NO.
it will make your skin red, i suggest use a baby wipe and gently rub them in a circular motion, or apparently toothpaste works i hear, but don't use nail polish remover!good luck :) x

No, it is highly drying and will irritate your skin like no other, especially if you have sensitive skin! Just buy normal skin products! It's worth it.Nail polish remover is a harsher chemical I would imagine because it goes on your tough nails and not on the sensitive face. Plus, getting it in your eyes and around your mouth or nose is dangerous.

Anything with alcohol(isoprophyl) would damage your skin.

crush a few aspirin tablets and make a paste with lemon juice, put on your face like a mask and leave for 15-20mins or just wipe lemon juice on your face and wash off after an hour or so.

NO, it can damage your skin and dry it out, it is not made for getting rid of zits, its better to stick to natural ways or products that have been tested so that you can use them on you face.
"Nail polish remover for example can blind if it gets in your eye and can do serious damage to your internal organs if swallowed, while exposing raw flesh to sunbeds and sunlamps is one of the surest ways to increase the risk of skin cancer."
this method always works for me :)
Cut a slice of lemon gently rub it on your face in a circular motion (avoid the eye area) it will burn a little but do this for 1 minute, then without washing the lemon off cover your face in natural yoghurt for 15 minutes
then wash it all off with lukewarm water.Hope i helped :)

I would definetely not use nail polish remover because it's full of ammonia and alcohol, which could really damage your skin. Don't use alcohol based (which most of them are) cleansers either, unless only on the actual spot. I would definetely recommend you to use sudocrem (a white face cream for rashes ans spots). It's sold in a grey tub, it's sold in any drugstore or pharmacy in the baby section. It works wonders, miracles, I tell you! :) It dosen't cost a lot at all, plus you only need a little bit each time. I just apply a bit of it on the places affected by acne before I go to sllep and after a few days the spots disappear completely.
another thing that I would recommend you is to drink loads of water and tea to get rid of toxins in your body, which reduces the amount of spots you get and makes you healthier as well. Also applying toothpaste on your skin overnight helps sometimes, if it's the redness you want to get rid of. Hope this all helps. Good luck! :)Posted 2 years ago # -
NO never use alochol on your zits!! It burns and just makes them redder. In an emergency i use TCP. just swab it on your face and this will reduce the redness. also a sterilizsed needle dipped in TCP will do the job, but be very, very careful!

Noo don
t do that. It will irritate your skin. Clearasil makes this 4 hour acne clearing spot treatment. Its chap and can be bought at any drugstore. It won`t make your zit disappear completely, but it will significantly reduce the size and redness of it.Posted 2 years ago #
