it will help your hair, but you need a reconstructer on it first to help build bak the structure of your hair and then after you have done that for a couple of months you could then start thinking about giving it some moisture by using a treatment. xx

Look at that. Someone copied the beginnings of my answer.
Reported.Sure.
We can't tell you what is good or bad for your hair; only your hair can. Try it for a while. If it helps, then it helps. If you notice buildup, then lessen the amount of times you use it.If the damage is just dryness, then it may help. If the damage is DAMAGE, meaning split ends, then it will be pointless - the only way to "heal" true damage is with a pair of scissors.
I have to say, I would not want to go to see La Diva for hair advice.
I mean, you don't even KNOW what her hair type is, let alone what would be appropriate for HER hair. None of us do. Some people use deep conditioners as regular conditioners, some use it a few times a week. Hair care is to be tailored by the individual, not decided by stylists who "know everything". Also, being a hair stylist, I'd think that you would know that deep conditioners are not the same as leave ins or traditional conditioners, hence why there is a separate market for them.If you are shampooing the deep conditioner out, then it will likely not cause buildup. But then again, shampooing it out every day can easily just leave the hair as dry as it was. I'd suggest only using your deep conditioner on days when you know you will be shampooing it, but again, tailor this to your own needs to to how your hair reacts.

IM A HAIRDRESSER, IF ITS LEAVE IN CONDITIONER ITS FINE, USING REGULAR CONDITIONER IS JUST GOING TO MAKE YOUR HAIR LIMP. USE A CONDITIONING TREATMENT ONCE A WEEK

You can over condition your hair. It depends really on what state your hair is in now. If you have normally healthy hair you wont need as much as someone with bleached/fried out hair. A good way to tell if you are using too much conditioner, or a deep conditioner too often is your hair will look greasy, or lay flat. That because you have a build up of product on your hair. Switch off every week. One time use the hot oil, next time, use the deep conditioning mask
But You Should try Deep Conditioning Only 2x A Week Because It Mayy Also Dry Out And Can Lead To Damaging As The Hair May Be Too Soft, be Breakable And Fall Out ..

Its best not to, your hair will become greasy if you over condition it. 2 times a week should be fine :)
How have you damaged it? You can get special hair products for different things eg. heat damage.Posted 2 years ago # -
its fine...it may end up weighing your hair down and causing it to have no body and not style good for you...but it will help it be softer...
but would be better of..just wash it and do a deep conditoner every other day( skipping washing would be really good for your hair...try to only wash it 3-4 days a week)
try to get 2 deep conditoners( one that has a protein in it..and another thats for moisture..and do them every other time..this will give you the best results..)

no its not okay! deep conditioning is only for 1-2 times a week. your hair turn out limp and dry. you hair can only retain so much moisture and product to help it be healthy. it will cause buildup on your scalp and stop it from growing
