Is it safe to put nail polish on cuticles?

    I'm really sloppy when I paint my nails, and I always paint right over my cuticles (The clear-ish skin that's at the top of your nail) Is this safe? I always do this without thinking about it...

    it really dosnt matter. if you have an open cut like ahang nail and you get it on that, then that can be bad. but it really dosnt matter.
