Not exactly. You should take a warm shower, which is between cold and hot. This is because your body temp. is (around) 98.6.But a werid, yet good way to get healthy, young, glowing skin is the following
    -Get 8+ hours of sleep
-Don't have er regular sleeping patterns
-Use/rub a little bit of olive oil on your face before you go into the shower (5 minutes prior)
-Don't pop pimples it can scare and leave pernement marks on your face
-Use Aloe on your face once and a while to smooth it

    ***Hope this helps

No, but it's good for your hair if you do it when you shampoo.

Why, do you want to be like Edward Cullen or something? 'Cause, dude, that's not cool. -shudder-

If you mean tan--- just exfoliate more, with a scrub.
