Is this a cute outfit?

    I might wear this with shorts instead of jeans. Im trying to start a new look and dress more feminine. Can you tell me if I'm getting to a good start or just starting off tacky. Feel free to leave links and comments. Thank You. :)

    Its a:
    Breezy Floral top(navy)
    Lace trm slevless cardigan(cream)
    puffed heart necklace(pruurple/gold)
    Leathrette thong sandals(black)
    Pebble colored skinny jeans
    or
    denim shorts(almost capri length)
    Leather fringe shoulder bag(brown)
    Fabulous crochet berret( dusty pink)
    (Everything is from Forever21.com)
    its one outfit, but should i wear shorts feel free to add any other stores i should check out!

    that sounds pretty cute and good so far. I LOOOOOVE FOREVER21!! They're so girly and ahhhhh. Another good feminime store would be Charlotte Russe.

    Oh, and the denim (almost capri length) shorts are called bermudas...yaa
