Is this dress appropriate & should I dye my hair blonde again?

    I'm meeting my fiancee's parents for the first time (They live in a different Country) & I wanna make a good first impression.
    I was wondering if this dress an appropriate choice when you meet your fiancees parents for the first time.
    Heres a picture of the dress:

    & Should I dye my hair blond again or should I keep it brown-
