I just got a Jheri Curl 2 months ago in January but got rid of it because the chemicals and grease was causing acne on my skin . Also the process of gettin a Jheri Curl is too much and I ' ll even admit , they are sort of played out but I love curls though . BUT in your opinion , what do you think is a better hairstyle to have out of a Jheri Curl or Ponytail and which hairstyle do you think is a good look for a young man ? A young 20 year old man .

Agreed with the other answer, personally, clean cut looks very nice. Stunning even. But to choose from the two, pony tail.

I would definitely recommend the jheri curl. Personally, I have had the jheri curl and my girlfriend loved it! I recently had to shave it off though when I signed up for the military. I think a ponytail is a little too plain and bland. If you want to draw some attention, stick with the curls!

Neither. I'm not a huge stickler for style, but even I knew that Jheri Curls and ponytails on men went out of style about the same time Micheal Jackson lost his melanin.
Too soon? Okay no more Mike jokes. . .lol.
But seriously. I agree with the first answerer. If you're twenty, then a clean cut, a la Chris Brown or Channing Tatum works on just about anybody.
