Long Hair Pulled Back Behind Ears?

    I want this style of hair

    What would I explain to the barber to do? I don't want to take this picture with me though.
    I know that he would need to shorten my sideburns, but what else other than that?

    I think that look is achieved by slicking your hair back & combing it backwords. Hairspray or mouse may be required depending on your hair type.
    For your barber - all you have to say is you want your to fall in inch or two below your ears & to shorten your sideburns. You can ask him how he would go about slicking it back and jokingly say "You know, like Zorro." ;)
