I got my eyebrows and upper lip waxed on thursday. It is now monday and i still have these red bumps that are turning into white heads all over where the wax was put.

How can I make them go away?

    they look awful =(
    Thanks for any help!

You need to thoroughly wash any skin before and after you wax. You get red bumps because the hair follicles are aggravated (you just put hot wax on your skin and ripped out the hairs, it's not very gentle on your skin!)

There are lotions that can help cool the skin after you wax, which may reduce the redness and swelling.

The whiteheads are possibly due to any dirt or oil on your skin, getting into the newly vacated hair follicles and causing blemishes, which is why it is important to keep the skin in that area clean. It's easier to prevent than to eliminate once you have them. Always make sure you wax several days to a week before a big event (like a wedding, or photo shoot, or whatever) to give your skin time to heal from the waxing, and for redness and blemishes to subside.

I'm sorry you can't =( you were slightly burnt but you can try to use aloe vera gell, it might help. Next time use cold wax or if your doing it youself use pre-waxed strips. =)

    Hope i helped you!
