No. They don't support well at all, the built-in bra's are only for people with smaller breasts. If your tanktop doesn't have a built-in bra, then no way in hell should you wear it. Your boobs will sag and it actually won't be that attractive at all. Please wear a bra.

Yes. WEAR A BRA. If your a C Cup you definately need support. Get some sports bras so you dont look trashy with your straps hanging out.

OMG NO!!!! The built in shelf bras are only for girls with a A cup or smaller. They provide virtually no support. They're almost like a training bra.
